At almarjan.in, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Please note that we do not accept general returns. However, in the circumstances outlined below, we may initiate a return, replacement, or refund.

Returns

We do not accept general returns. In the case of a damaged product or missing parts, we may replace the item subject to verification through valid proof.

To initiate a return for a damaged or incomplete item, please contact our customer service at contact@almarjan.in within 2 days of receiving your order. You must share your order number, the item(s) in question, and an actual unpacking video recorded from start to end, ensuring that every product is clearly visible.

The product, along with any damage or missing parts, must be clearly shown in the video for the request to be considered.

Refunds

Once the return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incomplete item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a replacement or refund will be processed, as applicable, within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted under certain conditions. The product must be unused, and a valid reason for the exchange must be provided.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@almarjan.in within 2 days of receiving your order, along with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items
